One of five coins in the ‘Polar Animals’ series from the Royal Australian Mint. This coin features the Polar Bear sitting amid a sea of ice archipelagos.
The Polar Bear’s black skin is covered by thick translucent fur which appears white and they live on sea ice and land in the Arctic Circle.
The coin features traditional coin sculpture as well as colour printing and is presented in a coin-in-card.
