All orders require 3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process before they are shipped out. This includes orders with expedited shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Sydney Time) will be processed on the following business day.

We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs. All shipping options will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that the delivery time estimates are based on the shipping carrier's transit time and do not include our processing time.

Standard Shipping:

Our standard shipping option is via Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked and typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location .

Expedited Shipping:

We offer expedited shipping options for customers who need their orders to arrive sooner. Expedited shipping options include 2-day and overnight shipping. Please note that expedited shipping options are subject to additional fees.

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally. Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout for international orders. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred upon delivery.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, if you have chosen Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter With Tracking or if your order is above $50 on domestic orders, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the shipping carrier's website. For orders below $50 on domestic orders shipped via standard shipping, tracking may not be available.

Delivery Issues:

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
