2018 $1 One Dollar XXI Commonwealth Games - Borobi Frosted Unc Coin

Borobi the blue surfing koala has been announced as the official mascot of the 2018 Gold Coast XXI Commonwealth Games.

Borobi's key features include his blue fur and coloured ears crimson nose sunscreen Indigenous markings on hands and feet and one thumb on each paw.

In 1930 the Commonwealth Games ran for the first time in Canada, attracting around four hundred athletes. In 2018, more than eight decades later, the XXI Commonwealth Games will be held in Australia attracting over six thousand athletes.
