• Front side features the letters 'MCC' with dark blue enamel and dates 68 and 69  on red enamel applied to metal. Membership number 2547
• Back features and reads 'NOT / TRANSFERABLE / SEASON ENDS / 31st AUG '69 / ANGUS & COOTE SYDNEY
