1693 Ireland Half Penny Coin - William and Mary

This is a William and Mary Halfpenny, Irish Halfpenny Milled Copper Coin with a Crowned Harp. The obverse has the rulers' conjoined busts right. It is dated 1693. 

The legends read:
(obverse) GVLIELMVS ET MARIA DEI GRATIA
(reverse) MAG BR FR ET HIB REX ET REGINA 1693
Which translates as
William and Mary by the grace of God
Lords of Britain, France and King and Queen of Ireland
